Return and Refund Policy

In Short: We accept returns under certain conditions, but some products may be non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of most products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, Your item must be unused, in the same condition that You received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

-Personalized or customized products

-Discounted or sale items

-Digital products such as downloadable patterns

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@indiestitch.com with Your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide You with instructions on how to send Your item back to us. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once Your return is received and inspected, we will notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund. If approved, Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If You haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check Your bank account and contact Your credit card provider, as it may take additional time before Your refund is officially posted. If You’ve done all this and still have not received Your refund, please contact us at hello@indiestitch.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If You need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@indiestitch.com.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

-Goods availability

-Errors in the description or prices of Goods

-Errors in Your Order

-Suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions

If We cancel Your Order, We will notify You promptly and provide a full refund if payment has been made.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel Your Order in accordance with these Terms and Our Returns Policy. To be eligible for a refund, Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, including all packaging, instructions, and documents. Goods that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

We will process Your refund no later than 14 days from receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original Order, and You will not incur any fees for the refund.

Certain Goods are non-cancellable, including:

-Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized

-Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

-Goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

-Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

-Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with Your prior consent
